Virgil Abloh’s impact on fashion and design gets a major spotlight this fall, as the Virgil Abloh Archive™ and Nike team up for a landmark exhibition in Paris. Titled "Virgil Abloh: The Codes," the showcase runs from September 30—Abloh’s birthday—through October 10 at the Grand Palais.

Curated by Chloe Sultan and Mahfuz Sultan, this exhibition marks the first significant European retrospective dedicated solely to Abloh’s creative journey. Visitors can explore pieces from Abloh’s extensive 20,000-object archive, including rare prototypes, original sketches, personal collections, and even selections from his personal library. The exhibition offers a close-up look at the creative output that raised Abloh to iconic status, including highlights from his collaborations across art, design, and sport.

Beyond the artifacts, "The Codes" will host workshops, live performances, panel talks, and film screenings—inviting visitors into Abloh’s multi-layered world and process. More details will surface closer to the exhibition’s opening, but for now, the event stands as a must-see for anyone interested in Abloh’s lasting global influence.
